3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Legal Requirements

Detection of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and permanent ban from our Services.

3.4 Account Security

All activities conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

4.4 Rejection and Re-Submission

5. Deposits and Account Funding

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

5.3 Deposit Processing Time

5.4 Deposit Fees

5.5 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate reversal of funds, account suspension, and forfeiture of any associated winnings. 6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

teo388 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may impose their own receiving fees or currency conversion fees, which are beyond our control.

6.5 Same Payment Method Policy

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. For example, if you deposited via BCA bank transfer, your withdrawal must be sent to your BCA account. This policy is required under AML regulations to prevent money laundering. If you need to change your withdrawal method, contact customer support with valid justification.

6.6 Wagering Requirement Before Withdrawal

To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 100,000, you must place at least Rp 100,000 in total bets before you can withdraw. This applies to both winning and losing bets. 7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.3 Bonus Expiration

If a bet is rejected, your stake will be immediately refunded to your Account balance.

All bet results are determined based on official league or tournament results. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will typically be voided and stakes refunded, unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific betting rules available on our website.

8.3 Settlement Errors

If a bet is settled incorrectly due to human error or technical malfunction, teo388 reserves the right to re-settle the bet correctly and adjust your Account balance accordingly.
